Carlinkit MINI ULTRA 5 Wireless Adapter for CarPlay/Android Auto

Carlinkit MINI ULTRA 5 Wireless Adapter

The Carlinkit MINI ULTRA 5 wireless adapter lets you upgrade your factory-installed wired CarPlay or Android Auto to a convenient wireless version. Simply connect the device to your car’s USB-A or USB-C port to use navigation, music, calls, and apps without having to connect your phone with a cable. The model is compatible with iPhone 6 and newer devices running iOS 10+ and smartphones running Android 11 or newer. Thanks to Bluetooth 5.2 and dual-band Wi-Fi (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz), the adapter ensures fast and stable performance during your daily drives.

Automatic connection upon starting the car

The Carlinkit MINI ULTRA 5 operates on a Plug & Play system, making device setup quick and easy. After the initial pairing, the adapter automatically connects to your phone when you start the car, allowing you to immediately use maps, music, or the voice assistant. The lack of a cable connection enhances convenience, especially during short trips and daily car use. The wireless connection also helps keep the dashboard tidy and reduces wear on the phone’s charging port.

Preserving the car’s original functions

The adapter works with the car’s factory multimedia system, so you don’t need to change how you operate the car. You can still use the function buttons, knobs, and steering wheel controls, which translates to comfort and safety while driving. The device also supports the car’s original microphone, ensuring that phone calls remain clear and natural. Adaptive resolution maintains image quality consistent with the vehicle’s factory system, so the interface operates smoothly and looks aesthetically pleasing.

Miniature size and low power consumption

The MINI ULTRA 5 stands out for its exceptionally compact design. The adapter measures just 22.94 x 22.94 x 25.8 mm and weighs only 7 grams, making it virtually invisible once connected. The small ABS plastic housing blends well with the interior of modern cars and doesn’t take up space near the USB port. With a low power consumption of 0.75 W, the device can operate for long periods without overloading the car’s electrical system.

Online updates and stable system operation

The Arm Cortex-A7 processor ensures smooth operation, facilitating efficient communication between the smartphone and the car’s system. The adapter supports OTA updates, so new software versions can be installed online without using a computer. This solution allows for faster resolution of potential bugs and improves compatibility with new versions of iOS and Android. Dual-band Wi-Fi communication further helps maintain a stable connection even while simultaneously using navigation, making calls, and streaming music. The Carlinkit MINI ULTRA 5 is certified by the FCC, CE, CE-RED, and RoHS, confirming the device’s compliance with safety and quality standards for consumer electronics. As a result, the adapter can be safely used in the car during daily use.
