Natural chamois is produced by tanning sheep or lamb skin with sea fish liver oil, which penetrates the structure of the leather. This process gives the leather its absorbency – the ability to soak up liquids – as well as its softness and characteristic smell. Today chamois is one of the few oil-tanned leathers still available. Genuine natural chamois should absorb no less than 350% of the dry leather's weight.
A practical cloth for cleaning misted-up windows. It also effectively removes dust and dirt. Natural leather, absorbs moisture well, durable. For use in the car and at home.
